No. You clip other creators' content under their paid campaigns and get paid for the views your clips generate, under each campaign's rules. You don't need an audience of your own.
Creators fund content-reward campaigns and set a rate per 1,000 views. You post clips, the campaign tracks the views, and you're paid through the campaign under its own rules. Rates, payout timing and how much anyone earns vary a lot between campaigns.
When you clip under an official campaign, the creator is inviting you to repurpose their content. Stay within each campaign's rules and the platforms' terms. Our Terms require you to have permission for every video you process.
Plans come with credits, and 1 credit is 1 minute of source footage: Clipper includes 2,000 credits a month, about 33 hours. You aren't charged per clip, and one VOD usually gives you several clips to choose from, depending on how much happens in it.
