Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy forms part of our Terms of Service. Nothing in it affects the rights you have by law as a consumer.

1. No refunds

All payments are final. No refunds except where the law requires one. That covers subscriptions, renewals, the rest of a billing period and credit packs.

JustClip starts working as soon as you pay. When you subscribe or buy a credit pack, you ask us to start straight away, and at checkout you confirm that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once you start using the service. The free trial is there so you can try everything before you pay.

2. Cancelling a plan

• Cancel any time in Settings (“Cancel plan”), or through the billing portal (“Manage billing”). You can also email [email protected] and we will cancel for you.
• Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, then stops. You won't be charged again.
• You keep your remaining plan credits until the period ends. Plan credits don't roll over. Credits from packs and bonus credits stay on your account while it is open, and keep working after your plan ends.

3. Cancelling a free trial

If you cancel before your 3-day trial ends, you won't be charged at all. If you don't cancel, your subscription starts automatically when the trial ends and the first monthly charge is taken then.

4. Jobs that fail

If a video or Beat Edit fails, the credits it used go back to your balance, and so do an AI generation's when our AI provider fails, blocks or cancels it. This usually happens automatically. If it hasn't, email us with the project name and we will put it right. A job that completes is final, even if you don't like the result.

5. Credits

• Plan credits reset each billing period and don't roll over. They are used first, then credits from packs and bonus credits.
• Credits from packs never expire while your account stays open, and keep working if your plan ends.
• The price of a Beat Edit or an AI generation in credits is shown before you start it. AI prices may change when our AI providers change their prices.
• The AI generation tools are for people aged 18 or over.
• Credits on your balance have no cash value and end when your account is closed.

6. If JustClip doesn't work as described

If JustClip isn't provided with reasonable care and skill, or doesn't match its description, tell us at [email protected] and we will fix the problem.

7. Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer, consumer law gives you rights that this policy doesn't take away. In the UK, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 says digital content must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality, and services must be provided with reasonable care and skill. If what we supply is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to have it fixed or provided again, or to get some or all of your money back. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

8. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We can usually sort it out faster. If a chargeback is opened, we may suspend the account until it is resolved.
