Yes. New accounts can try the Clipper plan free for 3 days, with 180 credits (3 hours of footage) for clipping and Beat Edit, and videos up to 2 hours long. A card is required to start. Cancel in Settings before the trial ends and you won't be charged; otherwise it continues as a monthly Clipper subscription. There's no free plan. Plans come with credits, and 1 credit is 1 minute of footage you process, not a clip, so an hour of video costs 60 credits whether it yields one clip or twenty. Paste a Twitch or Kick link on any plan, or upload a video or audio file (MP4, MOV, WebM, MKV, MP3 or WAV). JustClip pulls Twitch and Kick VODs straight from the link, so you don't have to download them first. YouTube links are fetched for you on Pro and Studio, up to a monthly allowance; on other plans, or past that allowance, upload the YouTube video as a file.
